Laura is an ACE-certified Group Exercise Instructor and an RYT-200 Yoga teacher. She holds other various certifications including Silver Sneakers and Mad Dogg Spinning.
Laura began teaching Jackie Sorenson aerobics in 1986 wearing thongs and leg warmers. (Thank goodness styles have changed!) She has taught many different formats through the years including strength, cycling, senior/gentle classes and kid’s fitness classes.
Laura has been teaching yoga for almost 20 years. She received her training through YogaFit and teaches a more fitness based approach to yoga. She has learned from all these years in the fitness industry how important it is to keep up strength and flexibility.
