Meet the Instructors

We have a team of highly skilled instructors with nationally recognized group fitness and personal training certifications.

Rotha the owner and ACE-certified Personal Trainer and AFAA- certified Group Ex instructor. She holds certifications in TRX, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, and Tabata Boot Camp to name a few.
Annie is a FAA certified as a group exercise instructor, followed by certifying as a Personal Trainer with AFAA and soon after completed my Stott Pilates certification in Essential and Intermediate Mat and Reformer
Beth’s teaching focus is on breath awareness, injury prevention, stress relief, and accommodations to make yoga accessible to bodies of all types and abilities. She seeks to bring peace, strength, and balance into her students’ lives with classes that include centering the mind, developing the coordination of breath with movement, offering personalized variations on yoga poses, and strengthening muscles that our modern lifestyle neglects.
Hope started sharing her love of fitness in early 2018.  She is certified in ACE – Group Fitness Instructor, Schwinn, ICG, CPR and AED
Sofie has been a yoga instructor for over 4 years and teaches Vinyass Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Meditation classes.
Tracey Brooks AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Tracey is a Virginia native who earned her certification through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Tracey is a great motivator and exudes a high level of energy to help you achieve your fitness goal.
