All classes are held in the RC Health & Fitness main studio or mind/body studio:
The C-Fit program allows you to take up to two classes per week at any of the normally scheduled class times.
Prices
- Drop-in = $10 per class
- Monthly fee of $40 for any eight classes
Payment can be made by personal check or cash at the studio..
