Hey RC Health & Fitness Crew!  Here is the schedule for May 18-24, 2020!

PLEASE SEE NEW TIMES AND ADDED CLASSES!

This week we will have some time changes and added classes at the studio.  THERE WILL BE NO LIVE FACEBOOK VIDEOS THIS WEEK!

We are committed to your safety and well-being! Our equipment has been thoroughly disinfected and cleaned! For yoga classes we are asking you to bring your own mats and beach towels to place over the bolsters if used.  We are looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Monday—6am CYCLE ON THE SIDEWALK AT THE STUDIO WITH ROTHA

5:30pm Outdoor Class.  Location OB Gates Elementary School and weather permitting.

Tuesday-4pm Vinyasa Yoga AT THE STUDIO WITH SOFIE.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MATS AND BEACH TOWELS TO PLACE OVER BOLSTERS.

Wednesday—6am FITNESS CONDITIONING AT THE STUDIO WITH ROTHA

**5:15PM—BARRE AT THE STUDIO WITH ANNIE**

5:30pm Outdoor Class.  Location OB Gates Elementary School and weather permitting.

Thursday-4pm Vinyasa Yoga AT THE STUDIO WITH LAURA
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MATS AND BEACH TOWELS TO PLACE OVER BOLSTERS.

Friday-6am—CIRCUIT AT THE STUDIO WITH ROTHA

5:30pm Outdoor Class.  Location OB Gates Elementary School and weather permitting.

Saturday-10am Outdoor Class.  Location OB Gates Elementary School and weather permitting.

Sunday-1pm Restorative Yoga AT THE STUDIO WITH SOFIE
