Due to the increasing concern of COVID-19, we here at RC Health and Fitness will be adjusting our operating hours in order to manage the number of members at a time using the facility. We are taking extra precautions to keep our facility clean and staying up to date with the guidelines that are set.

Modified Class Schedule:
March 19th Strength
5:30am & 5:30pm
March 20th Cycle (Limited to 7 members) 5:30am & 5:30pm
New Hours Beginning Monday, March 23rd.
Open Gym Hours:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Monday & Wednesday
(minimum of 3 members to hold class) No more than 9 members per class.
